At Ben Davis Funeral Home, we have established a uniform payment policy to include five payment options.
Please note that full payment is expected after arrangements are completed and before services can be scheduled or obituaries placed. During the arrangement conference, you will be presented with a contract itemizing the goods and service that you have requested. To aid you in this, the payment options may be applied individually or in combination.
Cash, cashier checks, and money orders are accepted.
A $50.00 charge plus bank fees will be applied for all returned checks.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express using our online payment portal. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to the total purchase.
We accept payment with assignment of a valid, verified insurance policy. We do not except policies that cannot be verified, insurance policies under 2 years old which are contestable, or any work-related insurance that cannot be assigned. A 3% processing fee will be added to the assignment.
We accept prearranged, prepaid funeral plans purchased before death, written through our funeral home. If the trust was not paid in full, the outstanding balance can be paid via another option. On a case by case basis, we may also honor a prearranged funeral trust written at another funeral home.
